Moreno Valley Electric Utility

The mission of Moreno Valley Electric Utility (MVU) is to provide reliable, economical and safe electric distribution. The municipal utility makes the City of Moreno Valley more attractive to businesses looking to locate and expand here by enhancing the City’s ability to offer economic development incentives.

In the future, MVU will provide more revenue for the City’s general fund, which helps pay for other important city programs.
