The draft of the General Plan Update, Draft Climate Action Plan, and Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) are now available. The City invites comments and input on the Draft General Plan and the DEIR through May 17, 2021 at 5:30pm.

Moreno Valley offices and facilities are closed to the public indefinitely, pending further updates to the Governor’s Executive Orders or Riverside County of Public Health.

  Open Monday – Thursday for drop-offs/pick-ups by appointment only.
  Closed every Friday.
  Some services are provided online or by telephone where possible. Call 951.413.3230 for details.

  Open Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
