Hours of Water Feature ReducedHours of Water Feature Reduced Beginning September 8, the water feature at Celebration Park will be open on Saturdays and Sundays only from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On October 1, the scheduled winter closure of the water feature begins. Winter closure runs from October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. The park is located at 14965 Morgan Avenue. All areas of Celebration Park exclusive of the water feature will remain open during the normal park hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
