City of Moreno Valley hosts the Business Breakthrough eventThe City of Moreno Valley is pleased to present the second annual Business Breakthrough event to be held on Saturday, October 25, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center, 14075 Frederick Street, in Moreno Valley. The program is hosted by the City of Moreno Valley, in partnership with the Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Moreno Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The Business Breakthrough event will give small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet one-on-one with SBA preferred lenders, receive free, on-site business counseling and meet with a variety of local business product and service providers. Additionally, a wide range of informational workshops will be offered including:
Representatives from the California State Employment Development Department (EDD), Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC), Inland Empire Women’s Business Center (IEWBC), and Service Core of Retired Executives (SCORE), will also be on hand to provide small business and start-up counseling. This is a no-cost event and parking is complimentary. For convenience, a no-host food vendor will be on site during lunch hours.
