Fiscal Year 2002-2003 Annual Pavement Resurfacing Program

On July 14, 2003, the fiscal year 2002-2003 Annual Pavement Resurfacing Program is scheduled to begin. This project is part of the City's ongoing annual street maintenance program. The following streets are to be resurfaced:

In addition to the resurfacing, the project also includes upgrading existing handicapped ramps, in the area of construction, to meet current ADA standards. The anticipated work will require temporary lane closures during working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.); commuters are advised to take precautionary measures in this area. Construction is scheduled for completion by September 2003. This project is funded with Measure "A" and Traffic Congestion Relief monies.
