
MVTV-3
Moreno Valley has its own cable television station inside City Hall - MVTV-3. Programming includes City Council and Planning Commission meetings and select special events either sponsored or co-sponsored by the City, a monthly news program, “News Center," and informational videos highlighting city services and programs.
MVTV-3 has a Community Events Bulletin Board, a computerized listing of public service messages, that runs whenever video segments are not on the air. This service is free for government, school and non-profit organizations.

City Council meetings
Cablecast live every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. and replay daily at 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. for two weeks or until the next Council meeting. *
City Planning Commission meetings
Cablecast live on pre-determined Thursdays at 7 p.m. The meetings replay the following Saturday at 3 p.m. or immediately following any City Council meeting replay that runs beyond 3 p.m. Please call 413.3451 for more information.
Riverside County Board of Supervisors meetings
Recorded and produced weekly by Riverside County and replay Sundays at 6 a.m.
Mission MoVal – Episode 1 *NEW*
In this new epic adventure reality show three teams of residents will complete in extreme missions throughout the City’s five council districts. Moreno Valley Idol *NEW*
At this year’s Fourth of July Family Fun Fest patrons were treated to the vocal stylings of local talent. Get to know the contestants and their amazing voices on Moreno Valley’s newest televised singing competition.

Zone B Public Service Announcement & Commercial
The vote of property owners will determine the future of streetlights in Moreno Valley. This video provides important information regarding the Zone B Ballot mailed to residents this month. Safety 1st – Pool Safety
Your swimming pool can be an endless source of summer fun, but every year nationwide, more than 300 children under age five drown in swimming pools, usually in pools owned by their family. Learn what you can do to help prevent these senseless tragedies. Airs daily at 10:45 a.m., 5:45 p.m., and 9:45 p.m.

Every week MVTV-3 introduces a different cat or dog that is available for adoption at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter. Airs daily at 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m., and 10:30 p.m.

Each month a large and small business in the City of Moreno Valley is recognized by the City Council.

Air Quality Management District Public Service Announcement
The South Coast Air Quality Management District just adopted a rule to reduce the amount of smog-forming pollutants in paint thinners and solvents commonly used by consumers. To help educate consumers about these recent changes, AQMD worked with local fire officials to produce this 30 second PSA. Airs daily at 8:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m.
