Online Tool
The City of Moreno Valley encourages any interested member of the public to access the On-Line Redistricting System.
On-line redistricting is a powerful tool that allows you to draw district lines with the same tools that professional mapping consultants use. Such tools, however, require a small ten minute investment in learning how the software functions.
Redistricting software works by allowing the user to select census blocks--or groups of blocks--to a particular district. To assist in this process, tables of data about the districts and contextual map layers are provided to help you get a better sense of where communities lie on a map and how they will be affected by the lines you draw.

The On-Line Redistricting tool requires you to use Internet Explorer 9.0, FireFox or Google Chrome as your internet browser.
