City Participates in March Air Reserve Base Civic Leaders Tour
In an effort to bring together communities who share strong support for military bases, officials at March Air Reserve Base coordinated an opportunity for leaders in Riverside County to tour and meet with community leaders near Northern California's Travis Air Force Base and Davis Monthan AFB in Arizona. Local Artists Invited to Participate in Public Art Exhibit
The City of Moreno Valley is currently accepting applications from artists to display their artwork through an Art Loan program. In an effort to enhance the aesthetics of City facilities, works of art are currently being accepted for placement in the Council Chamber, City Hall, and several other facilities. Low-cost Vaccination ClinicLow-cost Rabies Vaccination, Microchipping & Dog Licensing Clinic
The Moreno Valley Animal Shelter will provide a low-cost rabies vaccination, dog licensing and microchip clinic on Saturday, October 1st.  Other routine vaccinations will also be offered during the clinic. All dogs at the clinic must be on a leash and under the control of an adult at all times.  If a dog is aggressive or in heat, the animal should not be brought to the clinic. Cal Trans LogoState Route 60 Pavement Replacement Project
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) continues work on the State Route 60 (SR-60) pavement replacement project between the 60/215 Interchange and Gilman Springs Road and between Jack Rabbit Trail and the SR-60/Interstate 10 (I-10) Interchange. The $18.3 million project is expected to end June 2017. East and westbound SR-60 from Perris Boulevard to Gilman Springs Road will be reduced to ONE lane nightly between September 19 and September 30 during the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, Perris Blvd, Nason Street, Moreno Beach Drive, Redlands Blvd, Theodore Street, and Gilman Springs Road on/off-ramps will be closed at various times between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Find out more...
